•Led Faro's engineering project for General Motors, by integrating Faro software solutions into multiple launch vehicle production lines, including the Chevy Volt and Camero, resulting in a cost saving in excess of $2M per launch • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables, Multi-Variable Regression, ANOVA and Crystal Ball •Strong analytical and quantitative skills to solve complex problems to achieve immediate and long-term goals and objectives •Experience in maintaining successful client relationships with Fortune 500 corporations, local firms, universities and government agencies throughout the economic downturn • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to manage and nurture interactions with clients and sales prospects, resulting in improved service, loyalty, and retention, reduced expenses, and higher overall profitability •Provide pre-sales support to prospective clients to assure that the product will work for what the client requires and calculation of ROI justification to prospective clients •Administer post-sales consulting to assist with integration of the product into the design/working scenario or to help the client out of a problem situation with the product •Proven history of ability to capture the attention and respect of key decision makers in the client environment by consulting on new and useful ways of thinking about managing quality procedures •Supply primary technical consultation internationally to ensure continual value-added relationship with clients •Conduct client needs assessments, documented inefficiencies and provided recommendations on quality procedures •Work in cross-functional team environment interfacing and supporting sales, product management, engineering and customer service departments
