Daily Duties at Mattel Toys:
Propose new toys. Design and engineer visual and mechanical designs. Supervise construction of prototypes. Liaise with tooling department and propose methods of manufacture. Debug tooling both domestically and in Hong Kong. Work with marketing to build acceptance of new toys. Demonstrate and present new concepts to management.
