Oversee all MIRS network operations including the Network Operations Center (NOC) and all network subsystems, including direct installations, implementations, and integrations as well as ongoing maintenance. Managed a $15M annual capital and operating expense budget and supervised 40 employees. Played a key role in next-generation network planning and drive network engineering. Analyze and plan for network traffic and subscriber growth, develop technical documentation, and grow the value-added services (VAS) systems. Represented MIRS on the International iDEN Operators Forum (IiOF) and chaired the Technical Committee for three years.
