Managed key projects for a variety of clients; provided design / development expertise, including enhancements and overhauls of existing products. Created designs, prototypes, and production machinery specifications. Devised and implemented strategies and process improvements to maximize efficiency, product quality, client satisfaction, and alignment with specs / requirements. Identified and capitalized on opportunities to increase product marketability.
