Daily Duties at Global Linguist Solutions:

Oversaw an office of five personnel, including assistants, Local National recruiter, and Language Trainer in order to ensure all aspects of the contract were followed. Monitored hiring process for linguist services for the US and Coalition Forces in Iraq. Provided guidance and assistance for testing, counter intelligence screening, medical screening, and HR management for 800+ local national linguists throughout western region of Iraq.  Developed an action plan and team to transition 200+ linguists from subcontractor to the new contract without interruption, within one month.  Monitored statistical data to ensure proper staffing levels.  Administered testing program to ensure linguists were properly tested prior to hiring
