Daily Duties at Pae Group, Lockheed Martin:
Oversaw a Battalion S-1 Operation Office and provided instruction/guidance on a daily basis to ensure compliance with the Army Regulation. Taught a class over various topics given as refresher training to ensure that the soldiers were grasping the training being provided to them throughout the contract. Developed an action plan to determine areas of training for the Leadership personnel to increase level of job proficiency. Provided the Leadership with the basic tools necessary to succeed in a Battalion S-1 Office. Mentored the leadership team and provided instruction on Leadership responsibilities.
