Oversaw a Battalion S-1 Operation Office and provided instruction/guidance on a daily basis to ensure compliance with the Army Regulation. Taught a class over various topics given as refresher training to ensure that the soldiers were grasping the training being provided to them throughout the contract.  Developed an action plan to determine areas of training for the Leadership personnel to increase level of job proficiency.  Provided the Leadership with the basic tools necessary to succeed in a Battalion S-1 Office.  Mentored the leadership team and provided instruction on Leadership responsibilities.
