Daily Duties at Red Bull North America:
I started out working for Red Bull as a Mobile Energy Team Member and worked my up to Team Manager. • Manage 12-15 part time employees • Continuous recruiting, training and managing • Develop relationships across many audiences to identify Red Bull sampling opportunities • Identify and create event opportunities through relationship development across demographics, such as colleges, sports, corporate, retail, restaurants/bars, grocery/convenience • Plan and execute Red Bull events • Educate and influence distributor staff on the importance of Red Bull team and how to work with them. Present at monthly sales meetings. • Participate on cross-functional sales and marketing team to achieve sales goals • Manage and maintain staff schedule for all Red Bull functions • Information and data reporting and analysis • Manage warehouse inventory, including product and infrastructure • Travel 50%-60%
