Daily Duties at Qwest Communications:

Built and maintained strong customer rapport . Listen to customer, negotiate complex service issues, and meet or exceed product sales goals. Perfect the customer experience by providing excellent service. Mentor new sales reps in the use of metrics to assess sales effectiveness. Travel to all of Qwest call centers as a Subject Matter Expert to mentor sales reps.
