Daily Duties at Kelly Technical Services:
Help Desk Analyst that supported internal Sprint customers by providing first line repair and or dispatch troubles, using several matrices in various systems. In addition, ultimately responsible for trouble resolution for all Sprint Data products, private lines 800 #’s, etc. Facilitated trouble-shooting with customers, technicians, etc., for both internal and external repairs. Also supported internal voice and data troubles and moves/adds/changes throughout the US.
