Daily Duties at Sprint:

• Orchestrated program- specific initiatives for multiple projects across many organizations and management levels, involving risk management, detail planning, data analysis, telecommunications and operational support. • Managed the planning, acquisition and implementation of technologies and data products to support mission critical development and commercial projects with both external and internal customers, ranging from small groups to over 60,000 users. • Provided leadership for overall reporting, presentation, and assessment of programs to executive-level management, keeping them updated on project/program status, and maintaining the multi-million dollar budget for such programs. • Go-to PM designated for all Teradata projects – new installs, upgrades and maintenance. • Coordinated the readying of technical support and operations processes that helped to implement both internal and external applications and systems, and support it over time. • Set standards and objectives for project management across organizations within Sprint, and served as an individual contributor on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data required evaluation of identifiable factors, (i.e., quality assurance on projects), ranging from a few thousand to several million, while monitoring the project. • Selected the project teams, assigned individual responsibilities, identified and substituted appropriate resources needed, and developed schedules to ensure timely completion of project. • Individual contributor to “fast-line” projects under critical timelines.
