Daily Duties at Bae Systems, Inc.:
Responsible for hiring, training and evaluating Learning and Development staff, Leading Organizational Training Working Group, Conducting annual training needs assessment, developing quarterly training schedule, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships, working with subject matter experts to develop training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining CMMI certification, developing policies and procedures for the Learning & Development organization, and conducting succession planning for entire senior leaderhip population.
