Pared warranty costs down 17%, reduced rework 9%, and increased customer satisfaction 11% ·Fueled growth of the Spare Parts in-house manufacturing operation to deliver 75% of all needed parts. Cut inventory-on-hand 13% by implementing a Just-in-Time production/inventory management model.
