Daily Duties at Bellevue University:
Facilitator for the online Professional Retail Sales & Management Program. Facilitates learning experiences that create the opportunity for the students to achieve outcomes. Provide assignments, grades, and constructive feedback to all students on a timely basis. Facilitates learning that fosters student achievement to identified competencies. Advises and counsels at risk students. Assist students in solving problems that may impede successful course completion through advising and/or referrals. Utilizes diverse tools in planning and facilitating instruction. Provide leadership and experience in teaching the courses of Human Resources Management, Communication, Negotiation, and Building Relationships, and leading a high performance team as set forth by the University.
