Daily Duties at 7 Eleven, Inc.:
I was responsible for 8 to 10 convenience stores. I had corporate stores and franchased operations. I met with syore managers and franchisees on a weekly basis. I put out a calander each month with scheduled appointments with each store manager and franchisee. During these meetings I verified cleanliness, program participation, agreement comliance, sales plan execution. I dealt wit customer service and HR as well. During these meetings I would do finanial analysis and budgeting also. I also worked on action Plans.
