• Developed Physical Inventory System through Access 2000/MS SQL Server • Develop 911 plan with local PSAP – State Police, County, and City Police • Perform System Upgrades • Developed Voice and Data Infrastructure • Trouble and solve PC Problems • Set up PC’s • Maintain and program Definity G3Si and Cisco Call Manager • Developed Rifle Inventory System with Access 2000/MS SQL Server • Developed Scholarship Recruiter System using Access2000-2003/ MS SQL Server • Maintained Definity G3Si Telephone Switch • Maintain IPCC • Program IPCC Scripts • Programmed telephone changes with Avaya Site Administrator • Managed Cisco VoiP Phone System through Cisco Call Manager/Call Attendant • Program and Maintain Emergency Notification System • Program Campus Paging System • Manage two-way radios and maintain inventory • Manage cell phones and maintain cell phones • Coordinate and meet with equipment vendors • Knowledge and experience working in a higher education environment, in particular areas dealing with communication and collaboration systems.
