Daily Duties at Davis Vision, Inc.:

• Certified Lead Auditor to the Standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004; • Successfully designed and developed the QMS; • Secondary ISO representative for the quality system; • Significant oversight for ensuring the certification and continued re-certification process; • Lead and Internal Auditor for the manufacturing division; • Implementation of Compliance standards, Six Sigma, Corrective/Preventive Actions and continuous quality improvement measures; • Instrumental in the design and development of the documentation system including the writing of policies, Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Charts and Forms; • Accountable for the preparation and planning of external audits to ensure re-certification; • Perform internal audits for laboratories located in Las Vegas, NV, Albuquerque, NM, Syracuse, NY, Plainview, NY and Philadelphia PA including the distribution center; • Responsible for assessment to ensure the continual improvement of projects; • Supervision and training of Document Administrators in program maintenance of records; • Development of safety procedures and activities to ensure the wellness of associates; • Consultation with Human Resources, Business Development Center, Information Technology and other ancillary departments involving professional affairs as needed;
