Daily Duties at Gci / At&T:

Responsible for monitoring the multi-customer ISP network environment. Event notification acknowledgment, correlation, and notification to affected customers in a rapid manner. Cooperate with customers on troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating technical issues. Assist in special projects with respect to MPLS and Internet based product and service development and improvements.
