Daily Duties at Nesco/Nortel:
Provide 3rd level support for Linux issues (Redhat –RHEL4). Assist in asset management and inventory control of over $1M in product. Change Management - Security level and kernel patches for group server (Debian OS). Used Remedy ticketing system to view, manage, and close support tickets.
