Daily Duties at Tropical Assemblies:
Senior Process/Production Engineer. Responsible for analysis, quotations, production time, and costs for the different projects for all of our customers including the Department of Defense and Air-Space for the United States, Motorola, Sensormatic, APA Wireless. Support on all production areas.. Prepared production plans and distribution of personnel and schedules. Supervision and control of all the supplies used during the process. Stockroom Control. Keep constant communication with customers in all levels. Recommend and present alternate solutions to projects to improve performance or cost. Ensure that the programming of all the equipment utilized during the assembling of an specific project are ready before the kit is sent to production. Monitor closely the whole process along with Quality Department to ensure that the final products meets customer's specifications.
