Daily Duties at Dictaphone Corporation :
Performed troubleshooting/calibration and repair maintenance on electronic audio dictating and transcription equipment. This included embossed and magnetic tape/belt recording devices. In shope repair included circuit board troubleshooting down the the failed component level. Responsible for maintaining an assigned customer base, preventative maintenance and remedial service calls. Highly critical accounts included Police and Fire departments utilizing 40 channel tape recording devices.
