Daily Duties at Saxon Busiiness Products, Inc. :
Responsible for the entire Service Operations. Managed a staff of 13 employees: Supervisor, Secretary/Dispatcher and eleven field service technicians. Responsibilities included; recruitment, hiring, performance appraisals, promotion and termination as needed of customer service employees. Developed and instructed training classes on the repair and troubleshooting of Saxon Photo Copiers.
