Daily Duties at Boeing Aerospace:
Promoted by a major worldwide civilian and defense aerospace/airplane manufacturer due to math skills and attention to detail to maintain chemical compounds, etch rates and concentrations in 25 etching and dipping tanks of up to 25,000-gallon volumes. Ran cranes, used for dipping various metal parts and baskets of small parts into 25 dipping tanks of a Tank line. Use of Alodines, Caustic Soda, Titanium pickles, De-oxidizers and De-greasers. Collected tank samples and shipped them for analysis. Configured and executed software that injected chemicals into the tanks. Flushed injector lines. Disposed of hazardous waste per federal law. Streamlined determination of optimal replenishment amounts for each chemical by ensuring top precision and accuracy on all percentages which eliminated rework and ensured high levels of performance.
