Daily Duties at Vmc/Microsoft:
Provided English speaking and International clients, technical support with their trials and paid subscriptions of the product “Business Productivity Online Suite”. Clients/Customers would submit service request through phone, RightNow and Clarify ticketing system, or Web submissions for issues pertaining to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Live Meeting, and Communicator. Would provide technical solutions per Microsoft’s policies and procedures until their issue were confirmed resolved.
