Compiled sales and production data to design purchase forecasting schedules to ensure better use of volume purchases with scheduled release dates. Implemented processes for freight claims on shortage and/or damaged freight allowing for increased accountability of active claims and decreased recovery time for each claim by at least one month. Analyzed adjustment trends on inventory transactions, then created new stocking procedures and receiving practices to reduce inventory loss and mis-shipments to customers. Analyzed trends on inbound and outbound freight then created procedures and processes for recovery of $250K of unbilled freight per quarter. Received and updated all procedures for customer returns for consistency and accuracy. Decreased processing time of customer returns. Resolved customer issues for missing or shorted shipments due to freight claims or incorrect shipment.
