Major Projects/Operations Administrative Coordinator-August 2005 to May 2007 Developed and standardized project reporting of projected margins and project costs. Provide management with reports forecasting monthly revenue based on projected cost and expected contract amounts on all construction projects. Prepare reports on the swing of monthly project margins to show trends and identify potential impact areas. Create and maintain process to calculate the productivity and piece/pound per hours of installed/fabricated items to compare against the estimate. Design reports to provide the project managers and their field personnel with information to better manage their projects. Billing/Job Cost Analyst - November 2000 to August 2005 Provided billing support for the company and all the divisions. Processed and audited billings verifying the billings were in line with the percent complete on the project to ensure billed percents matched. Prepared all contractual documents needed to provide release of invoiced amounts to the general contractor. Oversaw the hiring and managing of interns responsible for working during the summer or year-round including their duties and scheduling. Managed the receptionist and front desk position. Worked on the planning and executing committee for company events including the Children’s Charity Golf Tournament. Compiled sales and production data to design purchase forecasting schedules allowing for better use of volume purchases with scheduled release dates.
