Blank Rome, LLP: Expansion and renovation of law offices at multiple sites: Chrysler Building, New York, NY, 90,000 SF renovations Watergate Building, Washington, DC, 17,000 SF renovations One Logan Square, Philadelphia, PA, 214,000 SF multi-floor expansions Responsible for internal office restacks, space planning of entire floor office expansion and new conference center with interconnecting stair and skyfold partition. Generated usable area calculation and presented multiple schematic design options. Worked on office furniture specifications bid package; Developed FF & E standards; Involved in budget minded furniture and finish selections, incorporating salvaged furniture and finish specifications. Produced construction documentation (demolition, partition, RCP, power/ tele-data, finish, furniture, door/ partition/ hardware/ equipment schedules, elevations and details), custom millwork, casework and architectural details. Oversaw site installation of architectural elements, millwork, furniture and finishes; Executed furniture purchase orders; Completed punchlist. Reviewed submittals including shop drawings; Expedited field reports and RFIs; Facilitated move coordination and communicated closely with A.V. and engineering consultants, contractors, and FF & E installers; Prepared CAFM plans and close-out documents. Towers Perrin, Cherry Hill, NJ: 200,000 SF warehouse conversion from industrial to corporate use for an insurance company: Developed design theme and concept for open area workstations, support rooms, conference rooms, cafeteria, dining area and servery, marketing café, training rooms with folding panel system. Presented multiple schematic options and produced presentation drawings in Adobe Photoshop and QuarkXpress. Prepared systems furniture and finish specifications; Developed FF & E standards. Produced construction documentation (partition, RCP, power/ tele-data, finish, furniture, door/ partition hardware/ equipment schedules, elevation and details), custom millwork and architectural detailing. Oversaw site installation of systems furniture and finishes. Completed punchlist; Reviewed submittals including shop drawings. Chadds Ford Inn, Chadds Ford, PA: Renovation of historic hotel into a fine dining restaurant: Responsible for space planning of two floors consisting of dining areas, raw bar, internal prefabricated staircase with custom railing; folding doors with glass panels, café style windows, wait stations. Assisted with exterior and interior site surveys and generated usable area calculation. Produced construction documentation (demolition, partition, RCP, power/ tele-data, finish, furniture, door/ partition/ hardware/ equipment schedules); Involved in custom millwork detailing; Assisted with construction administration. TD Bank: Fast paced renovation of inline and prototype stores pursuant to TD and Commerce Bank merger: Produced construction documentation in Revit Architecture for existing Commerce banks to be retrofitted and rebranded to TD banks Generated usable area calculation using BOMA standards. Prepared CAFM floor plans and close-out documentation.
