Daily Duties at Ibm Noc:
Support Managed Service Clients Data Networks. Provided Tech Support to customers to resolve data issues. Interfaced with Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, etc) to resolve circuit issues. Interfaced with TPM to resolve onsite issues. MAC requests as needed. Interfaced with other support groups to resolve customer issues.
