Daily Duties at Avaya//Nortel:
Support Managed Service Clients Voice Networks. Provided Tech Support to customers to resolve telecom issues. Interfaced with Carriers (AT&T, Verizon, etc) to resolve circuit issues. Interfaced with TPM to resolve onsite issues. Performed Health Checks on PBX's to insure proper working efficiency. Performed MAC requests as needed. Interfaced with other support groups to resolve customer issues.
