Daily Duties at Heritage Adult Day Health Care Center.:

Assess and monitor patient's vital signs, including blood sugars, blood pressures, safety of patients, chart patients daily progress. Computer charting and work with a multidisiplinary team of other nurses, social workers, occupational and physical therapists to improve patients overall independence. Also supervise other staff members in their duties.
