Daily Duties at Gagosian Gallery:
•Responsible for all Accounts Payable and Account Receivable activities such as coding and entering of bills and invoices, monitoring of aging schedules, and processing of cash movements. •Maintained and reconciled all material General Ledger accounts with emphasis on bank statement and sales journal reconciliations. •Prepared monthly Sales Tax filings. •Maintained a shipping report for all sold goods that were shipped and not shipped to clients for two branches in NY and in LA. Gathered and scanned Bill of Ladings. •Administered corporate employee Travel and Expense program (i.e. reconciling American Express statements with employee spending and all relevant follow-up). •Liaison to external auditors, banks and vendors.
