Created initial Visio flow chart to map highly complex and extremely time-sensitive nightly mainframe batch schedule, which included numerous job dependencies and schedule inconsistencies. Provided on-call support on a rotating schedule for mainframe batch jobs. Communicated directly with business users, software testers, DBAs, fellow programmers and systems analysts, and project leaders to create accurate and robust applications within strict specifications and tight deadlines. Mentored new employees. Facilitated presentations on systems and technology to a variety of audiences.
