Daily Duties at Merrill Lynch Institutional Advisory Division:

Assisted in creation of divisional P&L which included annual budgets at branch office level. Quarterly review of revenue/expense results for divisional management. Monthly forecasting of revenue/expense.Monthly review of direct branch expenses and allocations. Review and approval of sales travel and entertainment reports.review of missing documents for client accounts.monthly review of sales system entitlements. During this period, I was also requested to be the firms campaign controller for its United Way campaigns. This entailed establishing business group financial and participation targets, providing training to divisional controllers and daily progress reports to management. Created atmosphere of teamwork by allowing all groups to view results of all businesses in the firm. I set myself as the main contact for all employees to resolve and answer any questions. Worked with United Way tech staff and Merrill HR to create a user friendly website experience.
