As service manager Kenworth Northwest was voted the number one dealership in North America in Service and Sales. Execute daily operation of a heavy duty truck repair facility including service and body shops. Assigned work via schedules, follow-up with mechanics to ensure quality and timely delivery of service. Trained and managed 35 mechanics to too participate in continuing education to stay abreast of industry trends and developments. Perform safety inspections on heavy duty vehicles for state DOT Performed repairs using hand tools, mig, tig, wire feed welders, plasma and cutting torches. I am also a Journeyman in my field of repair.
