Daily Duties at Progressive Casulity:
Examined claim forms and other records to determine insurance coverage. Resolved claims in eleven states. Examined titles to determine validity and acted as company agent in transactions. Investigated and assessed damage to property. Analyzed information gathered by investigations and report findings and recommendations. Negotiated claim settlements and recommended litigation when settlement could not be obtained. Prepared report findings of investigations. Collect evidence to support contested claims for court actions. Interviewed and corresponded with agents, clients, claimants and witnesses to correct errors and omissions and to investigate questionable claims. Resolve damages with payout authority to $30,000.00 Traveled 40% CPR certified.
