Daily Duties at Children's Medical Center:

 Actively supervise the Pediatric Expertise, Education, and Retention with Support program, from reviewing participant applications and interviewing candidates to providing study support and hosting informational sessions for new members.  Facilitate productive relationships with program participants, departments and local colleges to foster an encouraging and supportive environment to promote academic success.  Effectively manage a broad range of administrative activities, including tracking program expenditures, maintaining program website and updating database of PEERS participants.  Spearhead the research and development of program improvements, including tutoring, lectures, computer-based training, formal/informal events, guest speakers, and feedback sessions.
