*DameWare remote support of Elizabeth Arden staff in various locations *Used RIS to image IBM and Dell desktop and notebook computers *Configured Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2007 to work with Microsoft Exchange *Configured ODBC for Microsoft Access databases *Installed and corrected issues with Ballun network adapters *Worked with Cisco routers and switches *Configured Bell AT&T of Canada and Verizon Wireless WAN cards *Configured Group policies, users and computers in Active Directory 2003 *Configured Sonicwall and Cisco VPN clients for users to access data remotely *Configured AT&T dial-up accounts for users that did not utilize VPN *Replaced and installed notebook and desktop computer components *Utilized Remedy and Track IT to resolve and log trouble tickets *Setup Blackberry handhelds (Curve, Storm and previous models)
