• Initiated and led the development of the credit union’s award winning website. Worked with internal stakeholders to build scope, developed site architecture, user experience, content and design. The new website achieved an 87% increase in page views. • Proposed and implemented an online lead generation system. • Initiated and implemented the use of Google Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting. • Managed website, content and web based advertising and promotions. • Developed the Home Equity Loan campaign that produced record sales by surpassing goals by 56.4%. The campaign also received a Merit Award from SIAA (Service Industry Advertising Awards). • Implemented various other online and print based marketing campaigns.
