* Preformed quality control inspections to increase technician performance and helped new technicians with continuing O.J.T. * Checked for line of site issue on apartments, prier to the scheduled install date. * Built daily work schedules for 60+ technicians and on-call technical support 24/7. * Return with techs on repeat trouble calls to figure out what was wrong and what the tech might have missed. * Installed Dish Network cabling, Wild Blue and Cat5E for communications.
