Ensured budget controls and timely completion of projects. •Launched a field office at Xybernaut Corporation in Fairfax, VA and oversaw its entire travel program. Established policies and procedures for cost reduction and improved productivity. •Reorganized a field office at the United States Patent & Trademark Office in Crystal City, VA. Supervised a staff of 8 to provide better customer service. Won the most improved office award and “You Are the Tops” recognition for improved service. •Spearheaded several innovative open houses with multiple vendors, generating extra revenue and reducing operating expenses. •Maintained all office equipment in excellent condition whereby reducing repair expenses.
