•Opened and managed a field office at SRA International in Fairfax, VA and delivered services to approximately 6,000 employees. •Used Microsoft office to schedule meetings, appointments, emails, presentations, conferences and events. •Reduced corporate travel expenses and saved the customer an estimated $50,000.00 annually. •Opened and managed a field office at MicroStrategy in Vienna, VA and oversaw services to over 2,500 employees. •Negotiated several complex contracts with airlines, hotels, automotive, and tourist boards to reduce expenses. •Handled and streamlined annual employee cruises. •Reorganized and improved operating efficiency at a field office at the Institute of International Education, United States Information Agency in Washington DC. •Administered incentive group conventions in Central and South America, the Orient and Europe. Ensured budget controls and timely completion of projects. •Launched a field office at Xybernaut Corporation in Fairfax, VA and oversaw its entire travel program. Established policies and procedures for cost reduction and improved productivity. •Reorganized a field office at the United States Patent & Trademark Office in Crystal City, VA. Supervised a staff of 8 to provide better customer service. Won the most improved office award and “You Are the Tops” recognition for improved service. •Spearheaded several innovative open houses with multiple vendors, generating extra revenue and reducing operating expenses. •Maintained all office equipment in excellent condition whereby reducing repair expenses.
