Daily Duties at Mci/Verizon Business:
Implementation Manager: Monitored the delivery of requirements for implementation and provided technical advice to support SLA’s contained within provisioning, network installation and service delivery projects SOW and PMO metrics of new systems interoperability and new capabilities. Service Implementation Management and Business Analyst responsibilities included building As-is and To-be process designs from implementation to production and on-going application support, reviewing joint analysis and design (JAD) and UML of high level system architecture with developers. I reviewed, gathered, and edited requirements. Supervised defect and BPM business process mgmt., developed use cases, monitored UAT integration testing in HP (Mecury) Test Director along with determining gap analysis, supporting network and application deployment. I provided SDLC network, enterprise and systems architecture support to Project Leaders, PMO and multiple line of business during SOA integration of OSS/BSS, NMS and I.T. management systems that used Oracle, weblogic, Siebel CRM online applications for automated workflow.
