Daily Duties at At&T Business Solutions:

Supervised, guided and coordinated line management level allocation of technical staff, partners and technology supply chain resources (OEM and outsourced vendors). I attended meetings/calls with customers and account teams to provide technical advice and action plans. I managed technical delivery, cycle time and performance outcome of service contract SLA’s contained within scope (SOW) of network service programs, business processes (BPM) and systems interoperability of enterprise network systems in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pac. Provided support planning solutions to life cycle teams in a client-facing service program management model. Facilitated and mediated client alliance, vendor/supplier relationship alignment and service assurance. Managed the outcome of activities at Tiered 1, 2 and 3 teams to reduce coordination risk and cost to infrastructure. Point of Contact during Operations Manager absence for client and supplier escalation engagements, KPI, creating executive management reports, workflow management processes, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices to manage change controls. Prepared pre-sales requirements and post-sales customer contact information for life cycle teams of global business accounts.
