Experience in making outbound and follow up calls, reviewing insurance policies, preparing insurance quotations, and assessing risk. Proficiency in general computer skills and agency specific programs. Responsible for telemarketing, issuing new business and retention, servicing clients with insurance and retirement needs, managing everyday operations of the office and balancing end of day remittance report. Expired licenses in Accident and Health, Causality and Allied Lines, Life and Fixed Annuities, Property and Allied Lines, and Variable Annuities.
