Preparation, layout and design of HVAC systems primarily for restaurants, office buildings , tenant adaptations, student dormitories, computer rooms, etc., field surveys, energy conservation, calculations per BOCA and ASHRAE Standard 90A-2003, Ashrae Standard 62-2001, engineering cost estimates and meetings with clients during various phases of project development. Projects included major renovations of office spaces for the Social Security Admin., Veterans Affairs, and The U.S, Census Bureau.
