Daily Duties at Frontier Airlines:
• Provided program/project management services and analysis for solutions utilized by Flight Operations and Station Operations. • Provided Tier II technical support for security and mission critical applications for network devices utilized in flight and load planning operations. • Performed asset management and inventoried hardware and software for Flight Operations desktop and mobile computers. • Utilized LANDesk Management Suite for desktop/mobile computers to update and patch operating systems, desktop software, third party applications, and in-house developed software. • Utilzed CRC checking and encryption for critical flight operations data used in flight and load planning applications. • Analyzed and evaluated business processes to implement technology solutions on behalf of flight operations and station operations for growth and strategic planning. • Responsible for assessing various aspects of feasibility (technical, integration, ROI etc..). • Technical and business liaison to internal and external sources for solutions to Flight Operations business problems. • Technical focal for datalink communications and ACARS messaging for Flight Operations, Dispatch and Maintenance.
