• Managed world-wide customer implementations by effectively planning, executing, controlling, and bringing to closure multiple, small to large, high profile projects. • Created and maintained a project schedules and plans for each project by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths. • Responsible for deploying and configuring Jeppesen EFB software at customer sites in aircraft and in airline systems operations centers. • Conducted Instructor-Led training at customer sites and maintained a high level of proficiency with complex web based systems such as the Jeppesen DDM (Data Distribution and Management System), CAT (Common Administration Tool). These systems were utilized by airline operations to control operational, navigation and performance data as well as critical documentation used by flight crews during operations. These web and ground based systems provided a mechanism to move current data and documents to an electronic flight bag platform in the cockpit for use during normal and emergency operations. • Performed technical troubleshooting of issues for resolution or escalation. • Worked with Product Managers, Product Architects, Development and Support teams to address technical issues and potential enhancements. • Monitored and reported on the status of project efforts through project status meetings, communication plans and company websites. • Performed workflow analysis to gain an understanding of a customer´s infrastructure (people, processes, technologies and data) for recommendations and implementation. • Utilized knowledge management tools such as Confluence (Wiki) to manage information through EFB implementation to maximize increase efficiencies related to training and reference materials as well as reporting and tracking. • Generated proceses, work-flow models, and various types of documentation for internal and external reference. • Ensured that projects remained focused on key objectives and goals. Managed and communicated project expectations to ensure all applicable functional areas in Jeppesen were engaged on the projects. • Established key relationships and effectively managed customer expectations throughout the project duration.
