Daily Duties at California Wellbeing Institute:
Preparation of food and all equipment required for the daily nutrition based cooking classes and specialized evening events. Assisted Dietician and guests with knife safety procedures and proper food handling techniques. Requisitioned food from the Purchasing Department, inspected quality, and tracked food expenditures to keep costs within budget. Trained staff and supervised kitchen functions.
