Daily Duties at Universal Protection Service :

Managed and directed all field operations of the company’s security accounts throughout Orange County. Supervised, managed, and directed 6 field supervisors and nearly 100 security officers including operational management of a fleet of 20 security vehicles with a budget over $3.5MM. Responsible to direct, develop, procure and ensure maintenance of all security communications, surveillance monitoring and entry control equipment and devices. Investigated, tested and developed short-range plans with emerging technologies for improved operations and productivity.
