Daily Duties at Sherwin Williams Company:

Coordinated and managed daily business operations and profit and loss responsibilities for million dollar retail coatings/paint store. Supervised, trained, and supported 2 sales associates and 1 delivery driver, ensuring optimal performance and attainment of team and individual goals. Developed and delivered 10 outside sales presentations each month; and collaborated with sales representatives to ensure products and services were meeting the needs of key customers. Managed and monitored inventory and accounts payable/receivable functions with a focus on maintaining sound cash management controls. Prepared and analyzed monthly financial reports and executed strategies to drive continuous improvements. Orchestrated and managed all aspects related to credit, including opening new accounts, determining credit limits, collecting/processing/tracking payments, pursuing delinquent accounts, and negotiating extended terms and limit increases. Key Achievements:  Created and delivered strategic sales presentations that effectively illustrated features, benefits, and solutions of products and services in alignment with customer requirements/requests.  Gained and further developed comprehensive business operations and management skills.
