Managed a staff of over 85 hourly employees. Improved management – employee relations. Developed marketing plan, implementation, and pricing strategies. Coordinated and produced marketing material including signage, newsletters, direct mail, and client communication. Planned and orchestrated rollouts of national marketing programs to support unit operations. Devised new strategies to generate new sales for branded and non-branded retail concepts. Worked closely with student organizations to cultivate relationships and strengthen marketing efforts. Recruited and conducted interviews for hourly employees. Led new hire orientations and customer service training. Implemented category management and merchandising standards. Persuaded client to update 14-year old meal plan direct mailer design to a more contemporary, eye-catching design. Broke and set new record for FlexDollar capture (98.1%)
