Compiled lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mail responses and other sources. Overcame technical and business objections of prospective customers. Answered, evaluated, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and CRM leads to insure timely follow-up. Worked with Sales and Marketing management to develop more effective methods for generating leads and refining the sales process in target accounts to increase sales representative efficiency.
